I have experienced this first hand, and believe it or not i was not even a customer. The customer service department is far and above the best i have ever, not only had the pleasure of dealing with, but actually feeling as if there is a friend at this company who wants to not only help, but make sure you are using and utilizing their product to it's fullest therefore allowing you to enjoy your projects from hobbyist, to pro. I just want everybody who is even considering using and or purchasing maniactools products that ONE thing I can personally guarantee. It does exactly what it says it does, simply and easily. I just wanted to say this application is brilliant. Things offer lots of flexibility! That's exactly the tool I was lookingįor. Like it! It is a bit more technical than other tools but these technical Have been testing your mp3tag-software since one week. Great looking user interfaces and great design, but are totally useless. There are lots of tools out there which have I have been looking a long time for a good and I'll have no hesitation in purchasing furtherĬongratulations. GREAT product!Įxcellent utility which works very well. #Www id3 tagit de freeWow! The Free M4a to MP3 Converter installed so easily, was super easy to use, and BAM! my files were converted in (and I'm not kidding) about 90 seconds total, download, install, and conversion. The online album databases make it simple to tag all your digital #Www id3 tagit de softwareI've used other MP3 Tag software but found "MP3Tag" to have everything I i've tested this with albums up to 13 tracks and it didn't get confused at all because we use two digits (01) to display a single digit number).ĭon't forget to save your changes (which will then commit the filename change(s) to the device).I just wanted to say this application is brilliant. The player will sort on the first 6 characters and-finding a 2 digit number sequence first-should have no trouble ordering them properly. Now all your tracks will be renamed in the order you had them sorted and will have the track name to boot. It's free and it's incredible: Ģ) After you've copied your files to the 521, browse to them in ID3-TagIT and sort them into the desired play order.ģ) Select all the tracks in the folder (Ctrl+A), then rename them based on ID3 info with (Ctrl+R).Ĥ) Rather than use the default pattern (which builds filenames like my long format at the top of this post), just use the pattern:. if not, TagIT can help you do that too, but i'll leave you to figure that out on your own.)ġ) Use ID3-TagIT. (this is assuming you've got your ID3 tags up to date. So here's how I keep my sanity when moving files to my 521: finding out that the software only sorts on the first 6 characters of the physical filename was a revelation. I could tell it was not alphabetical by ID3 Title and it didn't seem to be based on filename (as my filenames sort properly when all characters are taken into account). Which works great for sorting and grouping in Windows, but as I soon discovered, not so great for the 521.Īfter some searching on the forums, i discovered this thread which clued me in as to how it did the sorting. I just got my MEGA Player 521 today and loaded a few CDs i also just bought onto it (the new U2 and the new Green Day).
